Silverton Hospitality Group is excited to share a major milestone in our mountain hospitality work: this winter, our new hotel’s entitlements became fully vested as we submitted architectural and structural permit drawings on the anchor component of Silverton Hospitality Village, a boutique hotel and mixed‑use project at the heart of Main Street in Silverton, Colorado. It’s a pivotal step toward bringing a more design‑forward, experience‑driven stay to one of the most distinctive mountain towns.
Framed by the high peaks of the San Juan Mountains, Silverton, Colorado pairs pristine alpine relief with a growing creative pulse. Its National Historic Landmark core and small, eclectic mix of independent lodging create a rare canvas for thoughtful hospitality. We’re part of a group of local developers seeking to unfold that next chapter by adding accommodations, restaurants, and public spaces in ways that respect the town’s authentic scale and spirit.
With its tight land supply, well‑preserved core, and strong demand from a new generation of travelers, Silverton is structurally positioned for lasting growth and a bright future. Its balance of constraint and creativity reflects a strengthening local economy and an increasingly vibrant culture making Silverton not just an inspiring place to visit, but a rewarding place to help shape.
At present, we’re advancing permits and continuing to structure project financing and partnerships for Silverton Hospitality Village. The first phase weaves together a cutting-edge boutique mass‑timber hotel and our original Gastronomic Village food and beverage concepts, supported by improved rentable housing that enables people in Silverton’s hospitality sector, and beyond, to live and work sustainably here in Silverton.
As approvals move ahead, we’ll share more on timing, restaurant and hospitality updates (with a continued eye on the Michelin restaurant guide’s recent Colorado arrival and expansion into our region), and the next steps toward groundbreaking and construction.
